A Field-to-Fork Celebration: Creating Unforgettable Moments at Cassidy Ranch

When perfect moments align under the Sonoma Valley sky, magic happens. Recently, the team at Goodness Gracious Catering hosted their Field to Fork gathering at Cassidy Ranch, bringing together local flavors, crafted cocktails, and cherished connections in one unforgettable evening.

Guests wandered through vibrant flower fields, creating personalized bouquets while live-fire cooking aromas drifted through the air. Sam Edmondson’s acoustic melodies provided the perfect soundtrack as our friends and neighbors lounged on the deck, taking in Cassidy Ranch's breathtaking vistas. This magical hour set the stage for connections – old friends caught up, new friendships blossomed, and everyone fell a little more in love with the beauty of Sonoma Valley.

As twilight descended, long tables beckoned guests to gather for an extraordinary dining experience. The menu celebrated Sonoma's agricultural bounty with thoughtfully crafted dishes: Mike the Bejkr’s wood-fired bread arrived with estate honey butter, while Hector’s Honey bee pollen burrata paired perfectly with heirloom tomatoes and stone fruit. Hickory-smoked eggplant and summer squashes shared space with herb-forward chickpea gremolata. The farm-fresh potatoes, brightened with dill and pickled mustard seed, complemented the salmon grilled over pinot noir leaves. A perfectly grilled ribeye, adorned with salsa verde and charred citrus, completed the feast.
