Where your all-hands meets an actual field.
Cassidy Ranch is a working organic farm and vineyard in the Carneros hills, with a private barn that seats 100+ — so your team can meet, get their hands dirty, and unwind, all on the same fifteen acres.
Offsites that don't feel like an offsite.
Most corporate offsites happen in a rented room with a rented icebreaker. Yours can happen on a working organic farm and vineyard — with a real barn for the parts that need four walls, and fifteen acres for everything else.
A barn built for business
Private meeting space for 100+, so the working session and the offsite happen in the same place.
Work with your hands
Flower picking, cooking classes, farming classes — activities that get people out of their laptops and next to each other.
Wine at the end
Estate Pinot Noir and Rosé, poured in the vineyard as the day winds down.
Private meeting space for 100+
Our barn is a private, fully enclosed space built to hold the parts of an offsite that need a roof — all-hands presentations, breakout sessions, a seated dinner, or a rainy-day backup. It sits right at the center of the farm and vineyard, so the room where you meet is a two-minute walk from the fields where you'll spend the rest of the day.
What the day actually looks like
Every retreat is built around your group, but here's a real full-day agenda to start from.
Arrival & farm coffee
Coffee and pastries on the lawn while the team gathers.
All-hands session in the barn
Presentations or breakouts in the private meeting space, seated for 100+.
Team activity: harvest & bouquet build
Small teams head into the fields to compete to harvest and arrange the best bouquet.
Farm-to-table lunch in the barn
Seated lunch built around what's in season that week.
Vineyard walk & wine exploration
A walk through the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay rows, exploring our organically farmed wines.
Optional: pickleball & lawn games
For groups who want a lower-key close to the day.
Closing toast
One last glass, together, before everyone heads out.
Build your own day
Half-day or full-day, mix and match from the list below. We'll help you build an agenda around the barn and the grounds that fits your group size and goals.

Pickleball & lawn games
A lighter option for winding down, or for the less horticulturally inclined.
Farm-to-table lunch or dinner
Seated meals built around whatever's in season on the farm that week — in the barn or out on the lawn.
Fifteen acres in the Carneros hills
Cassidy Ranch sits on a 5-acre Certified Organic farm alongside a 10-acre vineyard in Sonoma's Carneros region, where fog off San Pablo Bay and cool nights shape the fruit. It's 10 minutes from downtown Sonoma and 45 minutes from San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge — close enough for a day trip, far enough to actually feel like one.
